Hall Rentals and Catering

Hall Rentals:

Hall rentals are broken down by the length of time that the hall is needed

and by the facilities that are needed.

Currently, we do not rent the kitchen alone.

Cash, check or credit cards can be used for payments.


Hall rental fees:
One hour – $30.
Half day – four hours or less $80
Full day – anything over four hours and within our business hours $150


Hall with kitchen fees:
Half day – two to four hours $150
Full day – anything over four hours and within our business hours $300


Post 42 legion family – 30% discount

Non member veterans – 15% discount


Veteran memorials, funerals, or services – no charge for use of the hall

(We can discuss use of the use of the kitchen and or the post catering your event)


Other possible discounts will be considered.

Catering:

A per plate price will be charged according to the menu and market prices for meat. Post catered meal prices include hall and kitchen use.

Lasagna

A recipe that we found on the internet and made a few improvements.

The meal includes salad, garlic bread and dessert

BBQ TriTip/Ribs/Chicken

The post has a Santa Maria style BBQ trailer. We have had a booth at Townsend Fall Fest serving TriTip and Ribs 2021 – 2023.

The meal includes one meat, beans, and home made coleslaw.

Pork Loin

The meal includes stuffed port loin, potatoes, vegetable and roll

Clam Chowder and Gumbo

Spaghetti

Home made sauce, your choice of pasta,

Meal served with salad, garlic bread and dessert

Steak Dinners

You choose the cut of steak.

i.e. – Brisket, New York, Ribeye, Filet Mignon

Meal includes beans, salad, roll and dessert.

Market will determine price of meal.
